Intended as an augmented supplementary collection of songs for the previously released limited edition vinyl record "Interstellar Oddities - Selections from the interstellar gallery". Those songs were either orphan songs that were crafted but had no official place or previously released songs. Collected onto an album that had an overall theme.
This version is titled "Interstellar oddities [Digital Red Shift version]".
With this digital exclusive release all those songs and many other new ones are crafted again this time to serve as an alternate version. Like an alternate parallel universe version. The same concept of a theme just now a different journey and other exclusives to this release versions that are produced differently. In addition other newly made songs specific for this release.
Note: This version also coincides with the last release of the single "Drift" and has an exclusive alternate expanded ambient version only available on this album.
A remix of sorts by me, or just another collection of songs specifically made for this version...
In another parallel dimension there are stellar gems not heard from the earths human ears except in this case. I bring you these songs once trapped from beyond the grip of man!

So wether you had the chance to own the record or not THIS is another version that stands well on it's own, but also offers up something else for those familiar with the original versions.
